A new chainsaw in the 60 cc class with heated handles and carburettor heating, and the best power-to-weight ratio of 1.45 kg/kW.
Lightweight, powerful and with excellent acceleration. The saw is designed for demanding, high-volume forestry work in any weather – felling, cross-cutting and delimbing. Excellent reliability and STIHL's patented technical solutions make this saw a very light, responsive and powerful tool. Guide bars of up to 50 cm can be used. The equipment includes a long-life air filter system with cyclone pre-separation and STIHL's professional anti-vibration system for smooth operation and optimum handling.
Comfort is added by the ElastoStart starter handle, quick-release tank caps, quick-release HD2 air filter, quick-release engine cover and captive nuts on the chain sprocket cover. Fuel tank 0.6L and oil tank 0.325L. Maximum chain speed is 28.9m/s and 21.7m/s at maximum power. Maximum torque is 4.3Nm.
