** Transport is included in the price within Tartu and up to 15 km from the Tartu city boundary. Beyond that, a charge of €1.80 per km applies to the distance exceeding 15 km, calculated for the round trip. For example, at a distance of 16 km the surcharge is €3.60.
All service package prices include VAT.
We also service and provide winter storage for robotic mowers from other manufacturers, subject to our technical capabilities. We confirm suitability before accepting the device. Software updates and other manufacturer-specific procedures are carried out if we have the technical means to do so for the robot in question. We are currently not accepting all-wheel drive (AWD) robotic mowers for servicing or winter storage.
Winter storage places are limited.

- The price shown above includes the cost of the service work with VAT, to which the cost of the cable and the necessary connection accessories is added.
- The size of the area to be installed is measured the Land Board's map application on the basis of.
- The price includes the installation of the cable under the turf with a special installation machine, or with cable pegs on top of the lawn (the cost of the pegs is added). The installation machine drills a small groove into the turf, which soon closes up and does not damage the lawn surface.
- The installation prices apply in the city of Tartu and up to 15 km from the city limit for installations located at that distance. For more distant installations, we add a call-out fee of €1.80/km for the distance exceeding 15 km, calculated for the round trip. The offer is valid for mainland Estonia only; for installations on the islands we make a personal quote.
- The maximum time required has been calculated based on the time of a standard installation, the calculation of which is based on previous experience, and the time required is presented already including a margin. If fulfilling the customer's special requests or due to special garden designs/surface characteristics/landscaping characteristics or similar the normal time is exceeded, a service fee at an hourly rate of €54/h is added.
- If it is necessary to install the cable under paving stones, then an additional charge of €54/h applies for stonework. Special stone tongs are used for this, which allow the stones to be put back in place afterwards.
- The call-out fee and up to 1 hour of work on site costs €75, which includes locating cable breaks with a special device or changing the boundaries; materials used for the repair (connectors, cable, etc.) are added to the price where necessary, and each additional hour costs 54€. The price applies within the city of Tartu and up to 15 km from the city limits; for more distant sites a travel cost of 1.80 €/km is added for the part of the round trip exceeding 15 km, or by agreement. All prices include VAT.
- Property inspection before a quote is made costs €54 (in Tartu and up to 15 km from the Tartu city boundary; further away, a call-out fee of €1.80/km is added for the distance exceeding 15 km, calculated for the round trip).
- NB! If you want installation or another call-out outside working hours, a double tariff applies to all service prices.
