Liisi instalment payment can be used by citizens of the Republic of Estonia or people with a permanent residence permit in Estonia who are at least 20 years old, have an income of at least €385 a month and have no outstanding debts.

With Liisi3 you can pay for products in three equal parts, with no interest or contract fee. Hoovi instalment payment for businesses
Hoovi instalment payment for businesses works similarly to the instalment solutions that have become popular among private buyers, but is aimed 100% at businesses. The agreement is entered into directly with the business, and the monthly payments are made by that same business, not by a board member as a private individual. The purchased goods become the property of the business immediately upon purchase and can be recorded on its balance sheet.
