As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from goods bought in the online shop within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and confirm it in the next step. We will immediately e-mail you a confirmation containing the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of submission.

The conditions for returning goods (trying the goods as in a shop, return costs, refund within 14 days) are set out in the terms and conditions. You may also submit your withdrawal by e-mail to saemeister@saemeister.ee.
