Delivery and handover of products
The goods are delivered to the delivery address entered by the buyer in the order. The buyer is notified of the delivery via the e-mail indicated when placing the order.
Please check the accuracy of the contact details provided when placing the order, to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. The Seller and the courier company are not liable for delays in delivery and misunderstandings that arise if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
The goods can be received: From Unisend, Venipak, Smartpost or Omniva parcel machines, courier door-to-door, from the shop, or by other arrangement.
Depending on the service provider, a transport cost is added to the price of the goods, which depends on the weight and dimensions of the goods. NB! For purchases from 300 € we offer free delivery either to a parcel machine or to your home.
We ship to parcel machines at the following prices (including VAT):
- Unisend parcel machine: 4.96 €
- Venipak parcel machine: 5.58 €
- Smartpost parcel machine: 5.58 €
- Omniva parcel machine: 5.89 €
Door-to-door courier for products weighing up to 31 kg, where the longest side is no more than 175 cm and the sum of the longest side and the base perimeter does not exceed 3 metres, costs €12.40 including VAT. For products exceeding these dimensions, a shipping price quote must be requested in advance by emailing saemeister@saemeister.ee or calling 7303480 on weekdays 8–18, Saturday 9–15.
Collection from the shop is free of charge. Please confirm the item is in stock beforehand by emailing saemeister@saemeister.ee or calling 7303480 on weekdays 8-18, Saturday 9-15.
If the buyer does not collect the goods within 14 (fourteen) days of the agreed collection date, the buyer is deemed to have breached the sales contract and no longer wants the goods. The seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the sales contract and claim compensation for damages (for example, storage costs of €1 per day) and to set off the seller's losses against amounts prepaid by the buyer.
