Please note:
- These are service packages that do not include repair work. The cost of repair work and spare parts is added according to the current price list.
- Repair and service work is calculated on a per-minute basis. The hourly labour rate is €50 including VAT for brands sold at Saemeister, and €60 including VAT for other equipment. The calculation uses a table of repair times and/or the actual labour time spent.
- Heavily soiled cleaning of machines adds 15 minutes to the labour time.
- Only work ordered by the customer and in writing noted on the work sheet is carried out.
- Repair work and used spare parts are covered by a 3-month repair warranty from the date the sales receipt is issued, on condition that the machine is used in full completeness and in accordance with the user manual. The repair warranty applies only to the work carried out during the repair and the assemblies involved. The repair warranty does not apply to certain devices that have no importer and for which no spare parts can be offered.
- The exact repair cost may vary depending on the specifics of the particular machine.
- We recommend getting your equipment into working order during the autumn-winter season – then we have more time and shorter queues. During the spring-summer period there may be long queues, and when workloads are very high we repair and service the equipment we have sold ourselves as a priority. If queues become unreasonably long, we accept only equipment we have sold ourselves!
