Robot mowers from a small garden to a large property

Saemeister's range includes EGO Power+, STIGA and STIHL iMOW robot mowers priced from approx. 900 to 5,900 euros. The models are designed for lawns of approx. 500 to 14,000 m², so you'll find the right one for both a small home garden and a large property. A robot mower cuts the grass independently and often, and the finely cut grass stays on the lawn, keeping it even and thick without the need to remove the clippings.

How often does a robot mower cut the grass?

A robot mower cuts the grass often and a little at a time. You can set the mowing times in the app or in the mower's menu, so the robot works whenever suits you.

Wire-free robot mower or robot mower with a perimeter wire

A wire-free robot mower doesn't need a perimeter wire installed around the lawn. The mowing area and no-go zones are marked in the smart app, and the robot determines its position using satellite navigation and a base station. Saemeister's range includes wire-free EGO Aura and STIGA A-series robot mowers, which are extremely smart and, depending on the model, can handle slopes of up to 50%. A robot mower with a perimeter wire, such as the STIGA G600 or G1200, moves along a signal cable installed at the edge of the mowing area. This solution works reliably even where tall trees and buildings might block the satellite signal.

How to choose the size of a robot mower

Choose a robot mower based on the size of your lawn and leave a margin if your garden has a lot of trees, flower beds or narrow passages. Is a robot mower suitable for a sloped garden?

Yes. EGO robot mowers handle slopes of up to 50%, STIGA G-series up to 45% (24 degrees), and STIHL iMOW EVO models with track wheels up to 55%. You'll find the exact permitted slope in each product's description.
