SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2021

We invite everyone once again to take part in our big service campaign with STIHL (and VIKING) equipment. It is a well-known truth that servicing is cheaper than repairing. During servicing, shortcomings in the equipment's operation and minor faults may also come to light, which, when fixed preventively, avoid greater damage. A serviced machine will serve its owner for many more years!

New this year, STIHL and VIKING lawn mowers, lawn tractors and electric- and battery-powered operating devices, and pricing is done according to the device.

Campaign structure:

On STIHL and VIKING equipment we use original spare parts and lubricants. We carry out all additional work based on the workshop's standard pricing.  Parts replaced during the campaign are not returned to the customer. Filters and the spark plug are included in the campaign price. Campaign rules:

1. SAEMEISTER carries out the service, replaces the air filter, fuel filter and spark plug at its own cost (on petrol-engined equipment), cleans the related assemblies, performs a test start and adjusts the engine speed.

2. The customer pays the labour cost including VAT for the equipment brought to the campaign, according to the type of equipment.

3. All necessary additional work (including repair work, general cleaning, sharpening work (if not included in the package), consumables) and its cost are agreed with the customer beforehand or during the repair, and they are not included in the maintenance campaign price. The cost of additional work and other spare parts is calculated according to the price list and the time spent carrying out the work.

4. The campaign price applies to STIHL devices brought in for servicing during the period 1.10.2021-30.11.2021.

5. During the campaign period you may bring in the same device for servicing repeatedly. The first time, the air filter, fuel filter and spark plug are replaced; subsequently, wear parts are replaced as needed.

For campaign participants, the following are -10% cheaper in October and November*:

• All STIHL 2-stroke oils and saw chain oils
• All STIHL saw chains and cutting attachments (three-tooth blades, brushcutter blades, grass blades)
• All STIHL sharpening accessories and other accessories
• All STIHL spare parts 

*The -10% discount offer applies once for purchasing goods when paid together with the campaign invoice.

Why use a professional maintenance service?

A chainsaw, brushcutter or any other power tool, whether an everyday work tool or used on Sundays, wears out and needs maintenance. Simpler, basic maintenance tasks can be done by anyone at home, without needing any special training.

The following must be cleaned regularly:
*The air filter
*The guide bar oil channel (on a chainsaw)
*The chainsaw oil channel
*The guide bar chain groove (on a chainsaw)
*The engine cooling fins

Nevertheless, it is important to have your tools regularly inspected and serviced by a professional service technician at an authorised dealer. By visiting only authorised dealers, you can be sure of quality service and original spare parts! STIHL tools are unique, and self-repair that initially seems like a saving does not bring the desired result, with a high chance of permanently damaging the device.
