The Stiga ST 300e cordless snow shovel makes snow clearing easier and faster than before

Winter weather usually brings with it the need to clear snow. With the compact and light STIGA ST 300e snow shovel, this job can be done much faster and with less effort than by hand. The environmentally friendly battery-powered snow shovel reaches maximum performance with minimal noise and vibration even at low temperatures (down to -20°). The telescopic shaft lets you adjust the height of the shovel to your preference. For greater comfort, the telescopic shaft has a soft-coated loop handle whose position you can also adjust to suit you. The set includes a 2Ah battery, which must be fitted into the battery slot, after which the device is started with the ON/OFF button. Using the yellow lever on top of the rotor cover, you can change the direction of snow discharge. Thanks to this, you can work with the cordless snow shovel near doorways, terraces or boundaries without accidentally blowing snow onto your terrace or your neighbour's garden.

All STIGA E-Power 48V batteries fit the ST 300e cordless snow shovel, with capacities of 2Ah - E420, 4Ah - E 440 and 5Ah E 450. Approximate run time on a fully charged battery approx. 19 min (with approx. 5 cm of snow). If you have previously bought a Stiga cordless garden tool together with a battery and charger, we recommend buying the snow shovel without a battery. If you buy the snow shovel together with a battery and charger, you can later use the same battery to power another Stiga 500 and 700 series garden tool.

An important practical tip: 

1. After each use we recommend cleaning the rotor and discharge opening of any snow that has collected there.
2. After each use we recommend removing the battery from the device and taking it to a warm, dry room. Check the battery's charge level. If it is low or completely empty, put the battery to charge immediately. Do not leave a (half-)empty battery standing! Bear in mind that leaving a half-empty battery in sub-zero temperatures significantly reduces the battery's service life.
3. How to check the battery charge? Find the four indicator lights on the battery. Next to them is a button which, when pressed, tells you the battery charge level: 4 green lights = full battery… no lights = empty battery.
