STIHL FSA 200 PRO cordless brushcutter

A light, most powerful and quiet battery-powered gear-driven cordless brushcutter designed for professional use. Ideal for young stand tending and clearing work in forests and for mowing larger areas.

The brushcutter has a STIHL EC brushless electric motor rated at 2.0 kW, which delivers a mechanical output of up to 1.6 kW and is comparable to petrol-powered brushcutters. The EC motor is energy-efficient, lightweight and compact, and also has a low vibration level. The metal air filter ensures good cooling and cleanliness in the EC brushless electric motor and gives the motor a long service life. The air filter is easy to clean.

Ergonomic control handles with stepped variable speed adjustment. The cutting speed is adjustable between three different speeds with an LED indicator, allowing you to work energy-efficiently.
Professional AV system (AV anti-vibration) and ergonomic handlebar mounting for handle adjustment.

For the cordless brushcutter FSA 200 PRO, the following are available as optional accessories: battery AP 300 S PRO (281 Wh, 7.8 Ah / IEC 7.2 Ah), battery AP 500 S PRO (337 Wh, 9.36 Ah / IEC 8.8 Ah), battery charger AL 501 PRO, battery charger AL 301 PRO and the sequential 4-battery – battery charger AL 301-4 PRO, as well as the backpack battery AR 2000 L PRO. Also available are the mowing head AutoCut C26-2 and the 2-plastic-blade mowing head POLYCUT 28-2, which also allows mowing tougher grass and wears less compared to trimmer line. Three speed levels allow energy-efficient work for every application, depending on the cutting attachment used, with a tool speed of up to 7600 rpm.

Thanks to the low noise level, you can also use it in noise-sensitive working areas.
STIHL nevertheless recommends wearing hearing protection: the sound pressure level is 80 dB(A) with the mowing head, 87 dB(A) with the PolyCut 28-2 mowing head and 85 dB(A) with a metal cutting attachment.

Running times according to the STIHL battery:

AP 300 S – line: ~17 min* (at max power) / Grass blade ~35 min* (at max power)
AP 500 S – line: ~20 min* (at maximum power) / grass blade ~45 min* (at maximum power)

An additional power level adjustment option depending on the task allows energy-saving work and thus extends the working time per battery charge. The stated working time values are averaged values and may vary depending on the application and the material being cut.
