The STIHL BGA 300 is a backpack cordless leaf blower designed for professionals and municipal landscaping work. The STIHL noise reduction system reduces the noise reaching bystanders and makes the sound more pleasant, so the blower is also suitable for noise-sensitive locations. With the round nozzle, blowing force is 26 N, air speed up to 86 m/s and air volume 970 m³/h.
Four power levels, including a permanent Boost mode, can be selected on the control handle, and the selected level is shown on the LED display. The blower tube length can be adjusted quickly and steplessly, which is useful in tight spaces such as between parked cars. Padded S-shaped shoulder straps and a hip belt distribute the weight evenly. The tool is IPX4 splash-proof and ready for the STIHL connected system with the optional Smart Connector 2A.
The blower runs on STIHL AP-system batteries; the recommended battery is the AR 3000 L backpack battery, which gives 60 to 137 minutes of runtime depending on the power level, while the AP 300 S battery gives 10 to 25 minutes. The optional ADA 1000 adapter allows two AP batteries to be used at the same time. The tool weighs 7.4 kg without the battery. Sold without battery and charger.
