Leaves can even be picked up from paved surfaces or gravel paths for shredding. With the STIHL SHA 56 blower-vacuum you can efficiently blow away leaves, paper and other material that needs clearing. Depending on your needs, you can convert the STIHL SHA 56 switch from vacuum mode to blower mode in just a few simple steps without needing any tools.

Thanks to its quiet operation, electric motor and the lithium-ion battery of the STIHL AK Compact battery system, you can use the SHA 56 for clearing work even in noise-sensitive areas. With the variable speed control you can continuously adjust the suction and blowing power and adapt it to your specific requirements. In both operating modes, it supports rotatable handle an ergonomic working position, which ensures comfortable work.

The metal shredding impeller ensures efficient shredding of cuttings, especially leaves and hedge clippings. The cuttings are transported straight into the 40-litre collection bag. The collection bag hangs directly on the vacuum shredder, so you do not have to carry it over your shoulder. You can attach it in just a few simple steps, and thanks to its asymmetrical shape it offers plenty of legroom. The collection bag has a long zip, which makes emptying the shredded material easy.

The shredding area of the blower and the fan wheel opening have a particularly large diameter and are easily accessible, so you can clean them conveniently. With the conical blower tube you can easily glide over hard surfaces. The STIHL SHA 56 is fitted with a two-stage, length-adjustable blower tube. Thanks to the recesses on the sides it is less likely that the tube will get stuck on the ground or on the material being cleared during vacuum shredding. A large opening in the housing makes cleaning the STIHL SHA 56 easy.
