The Fiskars X27 XXL is a long-handled splitting axe designed for splitting large, thick logs. The long handle increases swing speed and cutting force and works well for logs over 30 cm in diameter.
The axe handle is made from light, durable FiberComp material that will not break even under a heavy strike and reduces hand fatigue. The axe weighs 2.6 kg and is approximately 915 mm long. A good complement to the smaller X21 and X25 splitting axes.
