The side-discharge ride-on mower Tornado 9121 W has a specially reinforced 121 cm cutting deck with three blades, a two-cylinder Honda GXV 690 engine with an output of 13.95 kW and a foot-pedal-controlled hydrostatic transmission. The battery charger, mulching kit and towing hitch are available as optional extras.

Large side-discharge tractors are best used for mowing large lawns where collecting the clippings is not necessary. Instead of collecting, the grass is shredded, that is mulched. The STIGA Tornado 9121 W ride-on mower has a large, sturdy frame. The recommended mowing area is about 10000 m². The cutting height has 7 positions between 3 and 9 cm. The 20” rear wheels have a special tread pattern that helps to aerate the ground. Comfort at work is improved by a high-backed seat, cruise control and a soft-grip steering wheel that gives a safe and comfortable hold. Powerful LED headlights give good visibility when working in low light or in poor weather (fog, rain or snow).

The various attachments for tractors allow the machine to be kept in use all year round. A lawn roller and spreader used as towed attachments are suitable for maintaining larger lawns. Mown grass or autumn leaves can be collected with the grass and leaf collector. A snow blade helps push larger amounts of snow in winter. A trailer can be used for various household tasks almost all year round.
