The STIHL Advance forestry harness distributes the weight of the machine across the shoulders and back and reduces strain during longer forestry work. The harness is designed for use with powerful brushcutters when clearing dense brush and thinning young forest.
The harness fits the STIHL models FS 460 C-EM K, FS 460 C-EM KW and FS 490 C-EM K. The padded shoulder and back section keeps the machine close to the body and ensures stable balance, and the quick-release system allows the machine to be released quickly in case of danger.
