The Oregon DuraCut saw chain stays sharp up to 3 times longer than an ordinary chain and suits abrasive working conditions. Choose a suitable length from the options.

Oregon DuraCut, formerly known as MultiCut, is intended for cutting in abrasive conditions: in fire-damaged forest, in sandy ground and anywhere an ordinary chain goes blunt quickly. It also suits home use if you do not want to spend too much time on sharpening.
The cutting teeth have an extra-thick chrome coating and the chain is made from Oregon OCS-01 steel. As a result, the chain stays sharp up to 3 times longer than a standard saw chain.
DuraCut is not a carbide chain. The cutters have no carbide tips but a reinforced chrome coating, so the chain can be sharpened with an ordinary round file. A carbide chain requires a diamond file.
