The RG-KM Rotary Cutting Head features rotating blades that can be used to effectively remove weeds and grass from gravel, asphalt or paved surfaces.
The STIHL RG-KM rotary shears are designed for mowing with almost no stones thrown: unlike trimmer heads, the upper and lower blades of the rotary shears move back and forth offset by about 30° to each other. Thanks to the low rotational energy, they throw hardly any stones when mowing along roads, car parks and kerbs. This means small safety distances are sufficient: 3 m from objects and vehicles, and 5 m from people.
Fits STIHL KombiEngines KM 91 R, KM 94 RC-E, KM 111 R, KM 131 R, KMA 80 R, KMA 120 R, KMA 130 R, KMA 135 R and KMA 200 R.
