The STIHL LIGHT04 guide bar has a lightweight construction and is noticeably lighter than a standard bar. Less weight at the bar nose reduces arm fatigue and makes the saw easier to control.
Chain pitch .325 inch (8.25 mm), groove width 1.3 mm, cutting length 50 cm. K095 is a bar mount used by chainsaws from other manufacturers; STIHL makes the 3051 series Light 04 bars specifically for these saws, with a permitted engine power of up to 3.0 kW. This bar does not fit STIHL chainsaws. According to STIHL, the Light 04 is up to 22 % lighter than a conventional K095 bar. When choosing a saw chain, check the chain pitch and the number of drive links in your saw's instruction manual.
