The STIHL AP battery adapter lets you power a battery-slot STIHL machine from a body-worn battery. The adapter transfers power from a STIHL AP battery with a connecting-cable battery bag, or from a STIHL AR backpack battery, to the machine.
With the adapter, the weight of the battery can be moved to the hip or back using a battery belt or an AR backpack. The AP adapter is part of the standard equipment supplied with the AR 1000, AR 2000 and AR 3000 backpack batteries.
